Let’s be real for a minute.
The last year & a half has been a tad rough on some people.
Some have prospered, some have not.
For some, the stress of change has been overwhelming, for some not so much.
Some recognize the thought patterns at work, some do not.
Some are aware it’s about how the thoughts can cause stress, some are not.
During the last year & a half, many things have indeed changed and, long term, all for the better . . . even though some do not recognize it as such just yet.
Even those that are of a different connection, a “calling” if you like, have been subject to varying amounts of stress, and the discomfort, of change.
The difference is how one copes with the changes, the ensuing thought patterns, and the subsequent results and re-actions. Were you re-acting to a new situation with old patterns and, yet, all the while feeling that “something should be different”?
So, what am I getting at … I have brought together more than 25 top thought change leaders of different modalities to highlight the options available to all of us – no matter what stage of change we are in. Too often, one can get stuck on a hamster wheel and is unable to see a way off until they get that one AHA moment that stirs the pot and gets the thoughts moving in a different direction.
Why is this important?
It is important because, no matter what stage of growth you are at, or what changes you are looking to implement in your life, we all need help sometimes. And that’s what this Chat Series is all about. Giving you a view of how others have been able to shift their lives in a different direction to bring about calm, clarity, and joy . . . and a whole host of other delights!
This Chat Series highlights that we are NOT meant to do this life alone. We are meant to receive help from others who have had events in their lives that had derailed them, that had them thinking that “life isn’t supposed to be like this”, that had them wanting to give up but knew deep down that there was . . . . “more” . . . . “different” . . . .
