Experience in October leads to Introspection in November. By then you will have the frame work for how to move fluidly into December where you can tap into the accumulated Strength of your Natural Year.

This time of the year offers the opportunity for slowing down. Prepare for the steady turn inward. Challenge yourself to consider what part of your inner world is calling.
Notice the shift in light as day turns to dusk. As evening falls take a moment to breath deep and pause. This is a natural place within the day to turn away from active/doing. As night falls it’s natural to calm down. See if you can take even one minute for reflection on your day as you open to the quieting time…a time for simply being.
The keyword for the Fall Quadrant is LIFE
Here’s a brief review of the natural quadrants of the year:
Spring: The ME keyword and 90 days sets you onto a new/renewed/revitalized trail. ME as a keyword is a code that represents a healthy focus on what you bring your clarity, wisdom and brilliance to.
Summer: The power of your actions naturally wants to increase with the keyword OTHER urging connection and collaboration. Connection with others challenges you to grow, trust and love what you are passionate and committed to.
Fall: Provides 12 weeks for reflecting upon where you’ve traveled since spring. In so doing you’re noticing the way that you experience, reflect/introspect and become stronger in LIFE.
Winter: Move deep now into 90 days of MYSTERY. This is the natural time to clear away old habit/patterns, open to renewal and to bring a pure intent for spring’s rebirth.
Imagine that from equinox to solstice…October, November and December… you allow a daily quieting time (no pressure…take one-five minutes) to enhance your relationship with LIFE.
